Roots Pump Units RT0509

Roots pump units primarily consist of a hydraulic coupling Roots pump as the main pump, a rotary vane pump as the backing pump, a unit frame, connecting piping, and optional accessories etc, which feature the advantages of compact structure, high pumping capacity, fast startup, minimal vibration, and low noise etc. Taking into account of repair and maitenance convenience, we have chosen the split-type design. The pump units offer superior pumping performance, significantly shorten pumping time. According to operating requirements, within a certain compression ratio range, the same Roots pump can be paired with different backing pumps, which can enable flexible unit configurations and reduce energy consumption. These units can serve as the backing pump for high-vacuum systems or run independently.
