HIgh quality Guided Wave Radar Level Meter

The UDR1000 series guided wave radar level meter is based on the principle of time-domain refection, which emits electromagnetic wave signals at a fixed frequency. The emitted electromagnetic wave signals propagate along the detection component, and when they reach the surface of the material, they reflect to form echoes. They are detected by the receiver after time t and the material level is calculated.

    Adopting a pulse working mode, the guided wave radar level gauge has an extremely low transmission power and can be installed in various metal and non-metal containers without causing harm to the human body and the environment;

    The wire structure can provide pole type, cable type, coaxial, high temperature resistant, high voltage and other structures;

    Its unique circuit design and sensor structure prevent measurement from being affected by sensor hanging, eliminating the need for regular cleaning and avoiding erroneous measurements;

    There are no movable parts during the measurement process, and there is no issue of mechanical component damage, therefore no maintenance is required;

    Contact measurement can overcome the influence of steam, foam and agitation on measurement;

    The measurement process is accurate and reliable, not affected by environmental changes, with high stability and long service life;

    It is suitable for complex environment, such as small caliber container, stirring or complex internal structure, viscous medium or a large number of foam, and has high-precision measurement capability.
