China Suppliers Factory OIL-PHOTOWAVE for Analyzing Particle Size & Shape in Oil Contamination Standards

OIL-PHOTOWAVE is an advanced solution designed for analyzing particle size and shape in oils, crucial for identifying the classification of wear particles including Cutting, Sliding, Fatigue, Fibers, and Non-metallic components. This innovative product also provides comprehensive particulate contamination grade analysis, adhering to top industry standards such as GJB420B, NAS1638, and ISO440As a leading manufacturer and supplier in China, our factory ensures high-quality performance and reliability, making OIL-PHOTOWAVE an essential tool for effective oil condition monitoring and maintenance strategies

    Principles

The OIL-PHOTOWAVE system uses a high speed imaging technology to intelligently capture the shape of particles flowing through the flow cell. Through the intelligent training algorithm, the morphological characteristics of the wear particles (such as equivalent diameter, morphological factor and void ratio) are obtained, and the particles are automatically classified and counted to determine the main wear form or contamination source and determine the contamination grade of the oil, easily assess machinery health in just minutes.

    Frequently Asked Questions
What is the OIL-PHOTOWAVE system and how does it work?
The OIL-PHOTOWAVE system is an intelligent oil wear particle analyzer that uses high-speed imaging technology to capture and analyze the morphology of particles flowing through a flow cell. It applies intelligent training algorithms to identify particle characteristics such as equivalent diameter, morphological factor, and void ratio, automatically classifying and counting particles to assess machinery health in just 3–5 minutes.
What types of wear particles can the OIL-PHOTOWAVE system detect and classify?
The system can classify wear particles into four main categories: Cutting, Sliding, Fatigue, and Non-metallic (including water droplets, fibers, rubber, gravel, and other non-metallic contaminants). Particle shape analysis is available for particles above 10 µm, while contamination grade analysis covers particles as small as 2 µm.
Which contamination grade standards does the system support?
The OIL-PHOTOWAVE system supports three major contamination grade standards: GJB420B, ISO4406, and NAS1638, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and military applications worldwide.
Can the system analyze parameters other than wear particles?
Yes. In addition to wear particle and contamination grade analysis, the OIL-PHOTOWAVE system offers optional analysis modules for moisture, viscosity, temperature, and dielectric constant, providing a comprehensive multi-parameter oil condition monitoring solution in a single instrument.
What industries and applications is the OIL-PHOTOWAVE system suitable for?
The system is designed for a broad range of industries including shipbuilding, electric power, engineering machinery, industrial manufacturing, aviation, and railway. Any industry relying on lubricated machinery can benefit from its rapid and accurate oil contamination and wear monitoring capabilities.
What are the operating environment and power requirements for the OIL-PHOTOWAVE system?
The system operates in environments between 5°C and +40°C with relative humidity below (95±3)%RH. It requires AC 220V ±10% at 50Hz with a power consumption of 200W. Storage temperatures range from -40°C to +65°C, ensuring reliability across diverse deployment conditions.
