This pressure gauge is available in four nominal diameters: Φ70mm, Φ75mm, Φ100mm, and Φ160mm. Each size is designed to meet different installation and application requirements.
The accuracy class depends on the nominal diameter. Gauges with nominal diameters of Φ100mm and Φ160mm are rated at Class 1.6, while those with nominal diameters of Φ70mm and Φ75mm are rated at Class 2.5.
For the Φ70mm gauge, standard process connections include M14×1.5, 1/4" NPT, and G1/4". Additional options such as M20×1.5, 1/2" NPT, and G1/2" are also available upon request to suit various piping configurations.
The wetted parts are made of 316 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance. The case is constructed from 304SS as standard, with an optional upgrade to 316SS for more demanding environments. The movement is also made from 304SS.
The gauge supports an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to 70℃ and a media temperature range of -40℃ to 100℃. Note that when the ambient temperature deviates from 20℃ ± 5℃, the indication error will be no greater than 0.04% per ℃.
This gauge is available with ingress protection ratings of IP54, IP65, and IP66, making it suitable for a wide range of indoor and outdoor industrial environments where dust and water resistance are required.
